DISQUALIFIED

 

 

       The Dragon, located at the Amway Plaza Hotel, was disqualified because it was reported that the artist created something very similar back in 2008; titled "Nelligan the Dragon." The rules state that any piece must have been created within 3 years of entering it in Art Prize.

        Days after she was disqualified she spent the whole night adding another 2,000 beads to create a broken heart. "Now it's a broken-hearted Dragon," comments the artist; Robin Protz.
